Community. Motivation. Accountability.
Being a mom is a 24/7 job. You devote your time, energy, and whole self to your family. But we want to challenge and encourage you to do something just for you: take one hour, three times a week.
Taking care of your physical health right away in the morning allows you to be your best self for the day ahead. We want to gather before the other "mom hats" need to be put on—the chef, chauffeur, professional, nurse, and playmate. We want you to simply show up, be yourself, and help us keep each other accountable.
It’s often harder to take an hour for ourselves than we realize. But with Mom Run Club, we won’t let you quit!
Who We Are
Brittney and I are just two moms who value taking care of ourselves first so we can be mentally, physically, and emotionally present for our families. We aren't marathon runners or fitness experts—just two friends who love Jesus and running together, and we want that same community for you.
Everyone is welcome:
• Whether you run a 6-minute mile or prefer a peaceful walk.
• Whether your kid wakes up sick and you have to skip.
• Whether you are just plain exhausted.
We keep each other motivated through Photo Finishes! After you finish your workout, send a selfie to the group chat so we can celebrate your win together.
How It Works
• Mondays & Fridays @ 7:30 AM: We run/walk together (jogging strollers are always welcome!). Location is sent out the day before (Sundays and Thursdays). Before we run, we will engage in a devotional reading together to set our hearts on Christ. Then we run/walk based on time, not distance so that you can move at your own pace! If childcare isn't an option for you, feel free to break out the jogger stroller or bikes and helmets. Your physical well being doesn't need to be put on hold because you don't have a babysitter.
• Wednesdays: We’ll send out a curated YouTube workout for you to do on your own time. We will hold each other accountable and cheer each other on by sharing proof photos on the chat.
